Hipogon problem?

wELL ALL THE FREE LEGENDS SO FAR were great like levi but hippo is a lesser free legend, just 10 more HP and SPD then he is beast. Legends need speed, right now neon with wing boots no PoD can outrun a PoD hippo and neon can easily knock it out. They need to buff meniss too, alot of monsters outrun it and OHKO it as low def and speed and hp results in easy death and meniss only has high MATK which will be uselessif it dies using no attacks.

My pod boots flight outrun almost every epic that dont cast pod .
