Who said we "need" them? we have them and are using them. Mine for instance are not complete in the build I want, My Epics arent complete either because I got legendaries before they were done. So I switched over and bred them and started leveling.
If you had gotten any oels you would have done the same.If your at BL-15, how about sharing how you got there and what you used? That is what these forums are for. We are trying to find out the best scenario to to each expert level.

I don't see how it's a ''shame'' that people need/use OELs.
People spent real money on those monsters, assuming they'd be getting stronger. If OELs wouldn't be stronger than free Legendaries/Epics, I doubt anyone would buy them.

I stuck at Bl Expert 13. The weather is Sand Storm and can't change. Moreover the monster i challenge is Schythe , Brawny , Minotaur Level70 up i just walk 2 step and dies all the team. Sometime Minotaur kill me of 4

My team is Scythe Lv55 , Fenrir 59 , Leviathan 59 , Cerberus 58

Water monster less their HP too much in Sand storm and always missed (for all) bcoz of the gap of level with bots.

I don't know How to pass this stage . Plz help me (

Well I managed to clear BL-15 expert without any OELs. Just using those free legendaries.

My team consist of:

Hippo (lv 60) - Iaijutsu, Poison Leaves, Boulder, PoD (talent does not matter)
Smiter (lv 60) - Photosynthesis, Poison Petals, Leaf Shield (+1), Poison Leaves (+2) (Force 2 or Healer)
Leviathan (lv 57) - (talent does not matter)
Angelo (lv 45) - (Intimidate Talent required)

For Levi and Angelo, the skills set are not important and i just leave it the way it is when they learn it from leveling. For my Hippo and Smiter, I use orange combat jelly. Levi with purple and Angelo with Super Healing Pot.

I roll a 4, followed by 6. The first mini boss is gryphion. Second and Final are Minotaur. Try to stack Smiter leaf shield 3 times and drop the Mino atk using Angelo (2 - 3 times).

However it all depends on luck too. So good luck everyone!

The monsters I used to beat levels 10-15 were
Ignightmare lvl 51- flame body 2 celestial prayer, super fire bomb +1
Smiter lvl 60- force 2 pod, poison leaves+3 solar smite +2
Flight lvl 60- tech 2 frenzied attack+3 poison leaves+1 soak pod
Felicity lvl 60- flush mind bending +4 aurora +1
Leviathan lvl 60- invalidate water bombs+4 water torrent+4
Gryphion lvl 60- intimidate thunderstorm +5 sts +3 pod
Scythe lvl 60- resurrect massive boulder +3 martyrdom pod
Meniss lvl 50- hypnosis jinx cunning
Pewgway lvl 48 taunt foresight
All s grade
Only listed moves that I used
