Wild Epic Monster Locations

I understand this is not epic, but you can find Branchy (rare) in the wild in FC 9 normal at max catch rate of ~19-20%. This has been mentioned in at least one other thread, but figured could be helpful to mention here, for consolidation purposes.

Now we can capture a Legendary monster ANGELO situated usually and in random in Frozern Cavern 11 normal mode (7-11).
I Just tried to run it one time for rumors and found him as a normal monster at first time. so watch out to don't kill him because you can face it as second switched monster for example...
The %To catch is: 8/16% depending Angelo's Hp

Is this accurate or tested?

It goes up to 15% at 1 HP.
