Wow 30% is nice !! I think when its +1 than its like u Casted it twice....

The +1 upgrade costs 500.000 Silver and 200 Essence though

Its 25% rounded down, meaning if their health isnt divisible by 4 it will take 5 turns to kill them through just Lethal Poison. It does the same amount of damage as Curse.
