I personally believe mino makes the least use of underdog of all the oels because you can martyr res and ohko any water or grass anyway.

Force 2 will do more Damage to Neon simply cause it matches Element.
But against for example Cygness - Underdog woul be better of course.

Force is more worth it definitely.
Underdog, lemme point out, Earth is one element (like ice) that doesnt gain more power in weather, so obviously its going to be better on a cerb or a chim.

i just run a test on 2 s minotour with underdog and force 2
and result test:

catch (water pokemon) 13 with force 2, and 21 with underdog
yati (ice pokemon) 16 with force 2, and 13 with underdog

so how could you say underdog is worse than force 2, and you know that we can easier kill water and leaves with underdog
also with force2, its still hard to kill water and leaves, with underdog itseasier.
sure, with other monster force 2 is better

Minotaur Underdog is not need for me because the weather not help power up !! so , If not use Underdog I will put Laijutsu to kill plant and water type.
