Draco adapt or Sneoperd mf 2 aurora borealisx2, PoD, Blizz/ Ice beam/ Chill(takes out grass) and Scythe(good in Bl and takes out electric)

Rain prayer doesn't affect cunning directly. Instead, it activates my Levi's talent that boosts MATK. Read carefully nai. And Levi might suck to your standards but it definitely is a step up for non OeL users.

hes talking about levi with talent "rain Matk+", the Matk get a boost from rain.

Levi in my opiniOn is better then hydra. It can beat hydra in a battle 8-9/10 times. My Levi is pretty good so just my opinion

Again read carefully. You just skipped to the part when I mentioned using rain prayer at the end. Even the title said Rain Power, not rain prayer. Rain prayer was only used to activate Rain Power-MATK. The focus of this post is how weak the damage cunning did, considering the monster attacking was a Leviathan, MATK was increased, and MDEF was decreased.
