Lag?

This happens with haypi all the time, unexplained outages and such.

But do you have any idea why it's only me?
I never hear other people complaining about the fact that they can't log in at both site & forum at once, and I'm fairly sure there'd be plenty of Topics about it in the Bug Section...
My guess is that it's my router, but that seems very vague, I don't have any experience with external computers, so I'm only guessing >_>.
