Hippogan good build?

Mines a tank, use water bombs laijutsu fire blast and pod,

I like my unbending and also of you go with frenzy plus tech II then you can't upgrade frenzy, because tech II won't always activate.

How hard does iajitzu hit for? I meant does it do good damage?

Laijitsu hits pretty close to any of the 90 elemental moves, because of STAB vs no STAB.

Thus I prefer to have mind bending instead of elemental move because Laijitsu cannot hit ghost. And mind bending can kill verta easy.

Lai, MB, POD, Soak - penetrate
Frenized, MB, Soak, POD - Tech 2.

Lol chimera haven't played but two hits from laijutsu should take it down but then again hippo sucks compared to the legendaries. Hippo shouldn't even be considered legendary. I love my hippo don't get me wrong but haypi needs to up his stats by like 10 so he can at least compete with other legendaries. Like come on a Cerberus one shots my hippo? Like I know Cerberus is op but still let hippo compete.
