Oh I just don't know why they said bragging when I was trying to find out if they learned rain prayer or not. I never used an electric that's why I asked, but they did say its like fire and grass, but grass can learn celestial prayer.

And I quote "game keeps getting better and better" that statement had a sarcastic tone that why he said dont look at it with a negative point of view. He is simply saying that understand what the devolves wanted to do with rain prayer and celestic prayer.

Have to read the previous post grass types cannot learn celestic prayer besides Lambush. That's the point thou the wanted to make dual duels important so that's why one type needs another type to cast weather so the first type can benefit
