I think Clawpard is the only Epic that doesn't learn any advanced skills.

Crystal is Legendary, and the last skill he learns is Ice Beam, an Intermediate skill

Yeah I looked it over, I had only bred up Epics with 55 dmg hit all moves or already had a bunch of books to give them Advanced moves. Though I still find Clawpards natural move set to be one of the worst.
