I doubt so electrocute deals less damage now you can try it on rock monsters and you can see the difference

They might have fixed this then.
But since it's a bug, there's a chance it only works on certain monsters, with certain talents or on a certain element.

So what would be a Good Build for chimera with Rain and a Second One with Underdog?
I Want to give the Rain One 2xsts, pod but i dont know if this is a Good idea and which skill i should add. And which skills i should give my Underdog chim

They both should have pod and STS, then thunderstorm for a good move that won't stun in no rain and then give one electrical storm and one lightning strike.

For your Rain Chimera, I'd go with something like this:

Talent : Rain
Item : Sharp Claw
Skills: PoD, STS, STS, Electrical Storm/Mind Bending - Depends if it's for Ladder, 1V1 or 2V2.

And for Underdog:
Talent : Underdog Power
Item : Sharp Claw
Skills : PoD, STS, TS, Electrical Storm/Mind Bending - Same reason as above.
