Strangely, he was able to send me a Rhor now.

HAHA, Yea, umm.. he didn't send the Neon. The thing about gifting Neon's is you have to evolve them with bolt bead before you can gift it. A Neo cannot be gifted. It could be he didn't have an extra Bolt bead.

Well glad you got a monster, Rhor is pretty good at lower levels now. Mine got me through a lot!
