if you keep training up your S rank Neon then you'll get it high enough to beat SS. When I was doing SS, I used my C rank draco which was level 43 at the time

What you can do is breed until you get a pair of A+ and A and just wait until you get enough to fill the blessing bowl. This way you are only one breed away from S and won't waste precious breeding cooldown times.

what do you mean waste precious cool down? so basically breed the same 2 monster even if they are like E rank and sacrafice their baby everytime? until you get 100% then breed the rank E and you might get rank S?

You have to wait 10 hours after each time you breed. Therefore, you want to maximize the usage of the breeding nest by always breeding something.

So lets say you have a male and female scythe, both rank E-

First time you breed you might get a male D scythe.

You then sacrifice the male E- scythe, level up the male baby D scythe then breed the male D scythe to the E- Female.

Then, the baby might end up a D+ female. So you sacrifice the E- female and train up the D+ female to breed with the D male.

But then lets say you breed again and get a second female in a row, a second D+! Well the stats differ by a bit, so you sacrifice the old D+ female and use the new D+ to breed with the D male.

You continue breeding like such until you hit A+ and then bless that breeding to get an S.

If your bowl fills up with blessing before you reach A+, just hold on to the excess unwanted monsters for the next time you breed for S.
