Can Blubbie learn Self Sacrifice?

My Neon has Aurora, I added it in 1.4, I don't have any Electric or Ice books to test if you can add them anymore in 1.41 though, so maybe they removed that as a bug.

I tested, Electrics can learn Ice skills except for snowflakes. For some reason my Ice monsters cant learn thunderstorm. So i dont know if they can or not now.
