Best Scythe Counter?

Scythe is every where almost as bad as neons omg, like top 50 in my server all have S neon and S scythe, it's driving me crazy since their so op, I'm surprised I'm even staying top 20 without either of them, I have S neon for at least 3-4 months now, but it's just Soo op, and then add resurrect and adapt, and it's like lets love some rainbow up! If I had a scythe on my team with Marty dam I could easily get back in top 10, it's just I don't wanna do it cheaply and scythe is just a fairy to catch,

And personally I've found that Levi is the best scythe counter for me.

Non-legendary I agree with Cygness and water torrent. Personally I find my martyr res scythe constantly getting killed due to missing when using martyr and by OELs

Oh, and also, can use ghosts... martyr doesn't work on those xD

I myself have both an S Scythe & Cygness and neither way is a problem for me.
Scythe can survive against pretty much everything that isn't Water, apart from some tanked up Smiters / Pattafly's.
On the other hand, my Cygness can take down an S Scythe in 1 hit with Rain & non-upgraded Water Bombs.
Note: Speed Boost is prefered on Cygness, as it's the only way it'll outrun Scythe.

Martyrdom Scythe especially the one that doesn't have neutral skill can be easily counter with thorn Pewgway

Skills like Invalidate help for this aswell, but it'll be a risk, because you'll give your opponent the possibility to use Massive Boulder without having to worry about DEF decreasements.

When Martyr kills you, and Scythe uses Ressurect, Thorn will kill him in the same turn.

How do you use inval against a martyr scythe? I know it'll stop him from using pod but against an inval neon he wouldn't pod anyway he would just use mboulder to ohko him and not suffer a def debuff. An inval Levi would outrun scythe and ohko him with water torrent before he gets a turn. Which inval monster do you use?
