Neon vs Rhor

My Adapt Neon is kind kind of a universalist. It is very capable at everything and able to lay a hurting on Earth-types before going down without requiring Rain Prayer to be precast.

I will go with neon cuz 1vs1 rhor cant kill neon with one shot but neon can specialy with adapt and pod. My neon killed a s grade vertedeath with one shot of course with rain..no one can stand a chance against the great attack and defence of neon specialy with pewg taunt. Rhor is just faster thats all ! Neon is better and has better talents, adapt accel stuck invalidate.
