Well our support must suck it takes anywhere from 1-3 days on weekdays.
Same here, but not sure why it always takes so long when they only ever respond saying the same thing 'thank you, we are looking into it bla bla bla'
Because the world does not revolve around you and I am sure they prioritize problems in order of importance.
