PVP Stats debate

Lol, omg it's simple to understand, all you need to know is that level DOES NOT MATTER, all that matters is your strategy, Class of monster, talents and, move set. AGAIN LEVEL DOES NOT MATTER IN PVP. Every monster is maxed out to their highest lvl, and so are stats, when a monster does different damage then another it's because of it's talent or it's rank ( E - S ), so don't go raging about you being right when it's a simple fact to understand, it's really stupid if you can't understand this concept.
