I don't get it the breeding type anyone help me how.?.?

To breed a monster, you will need a Male and a Female version of the same monster. The evolution doesn't matter. This means you can breed a Draconio with a Draconius.
If those requirements are met, you select both the parents in the Hatchery. You will then get the option to use Blessing, which is needed to obtain the highest grade, S. Below S, every stat is possible without Blessing.

The grades are ranked this way, from worst to best:
E-, E, E+, D-, D, D+, C-, C, C+, B-, B, B+, A-, A, A+, S

Lets take an example:

You take a Male Draconio with all stats D+.
You take a Female Draconius with all stats C.
You didn't use Blessing, so it'll be a regular stat increase. The new Draco you receive would have C+ stats with perhaps one or two C stats.
If you were to use Blessing, those stats would go to B- and C+ instead, so it really just skips one jump.

In short:

You need a male and female of the same monster evolution.
Blessing isn't needed unless you make the A+ to S breed
