Need advice on my Build

Its basically a poison powder that can stack up to 2 times.
If u cast 2 times lethal powder in succession it will result in a 2x deadlier poison debuff.
similiar to stacking 2x toxic stake.

Damage increase about 7% each turn I guess
ex 12% --> 19% --> 26% --> 33%
