Flight with Psychic thrust deal good damage?

Thanks to whoever corrected me!

Lupa can't learn Psychic Thrust as that is an advanced move and Lupa is only a Rare rank monster.

Meniss won't be able to learn it as well as Psychic moves can't be learned by Ghost monsters - and vice versa for Psychic monsters.
