Having problems receiving a purchased coin package?

A lot of people in my server are also experiencing difficulties in purchasing coins.. Including myself.. My "Buy Coins" option is still not loading up..

I wanted to buy coins in this promotion, so as soon as I learned about it I tried to purchase... As on the other times I purchased coins, I get a message saying to contact iTunes support (only on this game this happens), I contact them and am still waiting for an answer and buying is still unavailable for me, getting same message to contact iTunes support...
I would suggest you advise on this sales earlier, and not just the day before it happens, and you could extend this sales for situations like this.
As with you, support groups from companies, reduce or don't have it working during weekends...

I would really like to use this sales...

If you get a message stating that you need to contact iTunes Store Support - do it.

You can do it via phone, e-mail or chat messengers.

When you contact them, they will tell you that it will take 30 minutes for it to work - this means that you have to be LOGGED OUT of your iTunes account for half an hour after you called them.
After that, it should work.

If the problem persists, you need to contact them again.

The loading problem probably has something to do with the internet connection or connection condition with iTunes in your local place. Please check your internet connection or please tell us which district you're from. Thanks

Hi Acheth, your purchase problems are on iTunes's end; something is keeping you from making in-App purchases on your device and you must contact iTunes itself to get it fixed.
