If he was, wouldn't he have it already? I'd assume he'd be more difficult to obtain, like the other monsters who can't be bought. But his stage would be a no rolling stage instead. What a pain!

Haypi will probably curse the first three tries to be the same gender. Then you'll burn the fourth one that's finally the gender you need. Hah!
