Monster scroll

how do I get grubby,bubbles,and other scrolls that i get for collecting monster?i d/e them before now I don't know where to get them

There is currently no other way of getting them.
However, there have been Events in the past that made said scrolls available in Team Modes for a period of time. So not all hope is lost!
