Using other people account. Is it legal ?

Hello support. I would like to ask something. Is it againts the rule for other people using other peoples account ?
Example = person A quit and gave his account to person B and person B uses that account to boost himself in ladder/pvp. Is it againts the Haypi rules ?
Please reply, I am a very active player here and now figured out many people is using other people account to boost themselve.

Haypi will not intervene if person A willingly gave their account away for FREE or was not swindled/conned out of their account.

Excerpts from the Terms of Use:

Any player who accesses another’s account without authorization is in violation of the Agreement and will have his/her own account immediately and permanently deleted from the game.

No Selling of the Account or Virtual Items
Haypi Co., Ltd does not recognize the transfer of Haypi Kingdom, Haypi Dragon, Haypi Monster, and/or Haypi Monster: The Lost Tower accounts. You may not purchase, sell, gift, or trade any account. You also cannot offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any account. Any such attempt shall be null and void. Haypi Co. Ltd owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to all of the content that appears in the game. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including but not limited to the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the game, or any other attributes associated with the account or stored in the Service. Haypi Co., Ltd does not recognize transfers of virtual property executed outside of the Haypi, or the purported sale, gift or trade in the "real world" of anything that appears or originates in the game. You may not sell in-game items or currency for "real" money, or exchange those items or currency for anything of value outside the game.

No problem. Unfortunately, it's probably legal what that person on your server is doing as the acquired the account legitimately... Probably.

Technically, yes.
There is nothing in the User Agreement that withhold people from using ones account.

However; it is NOT allowed to :
-Purchase an account
-Sell an account
-Gift an account
-Trade an account
-Offer an account

May one use his/her own account to increase their own status in-game?

Game Play
Game play is what Haypi games are all about, and Haypi Co., Ltd strictly enforces the rules that govern game play. Haypi considers most conduct to be part of the game. Nonetheless, certain acts go beyond what is "fair" and are considered to be serious violations of this User Agreement. Those acts include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
A. Using, exploiting, or intentionally concealing errors in design, features which have not been documented, and/or "program bugs" to gain access to features that are otherwise not available, or to obtain an unfair advantage over other players. If you find a bug in the game you must report it to Haypi Support as soon as possible.
B. Anything that Haypi Support considers to be contrary to the "essence" of the game.

No, this is not allowed, see highlighted above and the User Agreement for a more detailed version.

actly , in my server theres less people playing HM1 now. And most of them gift their accounts to their friends. And their friends are using them to boost themselve in ladder/pvp.

to me this isnt fair and this would make more people annoyed and in the end quit because of these cheaters.

Any suggestion on how to tell them or tell admins ?

I did sent a letter to support with a screenshot of them telling me they use people account but support seems to ignore every of my letters.
