Levi question

My levi has fort2 and has 2 water torrent rain and pod! My question is how do i make my damn levi do rain first or pod? I have doing pod firt and rain in pvp 100 times so that it adjusts to it but it simply doesnt do rain vs rock/fire and keeps stunning itself.. I have seen few players whose water mobs do rain first always.. But i do t know how? And i cant change to bombs now.. Also ladder is soo poor that it does torrent only instead of torrent +4! Really annoyed with this!

There's no method behind it.
The moment you challenge your opponent, the outcome is decided, so if you'd have to win by casting Rain first instead of going all-out Water Torrent, the AI will do that.

This is just my opinion.

For Fort II Levi, I would go with Iaijutsu, water bomb, rain, pod. Due to water bomb have lower attack and won't 1 hit rock/fire mob, Levi will likely cast rain/pod first. Survival rate will be higher than hit/miss stuns from torrent. And Iaijutsu will help kill lighting mob faster than bombs and torrent.

I had planned bombs but torrent seems too good in pvp and bombs is not good coz all have good defence but low mdef.. And replacing now seems impossible coz i have torrent+4 and i guess just replacing my other toorent with bombs wont solve the problem would it?

I'd definitely keep Water Torrent on Leviathan, it helps me out bigtime at PvP!

My Levi has PoD, Rain, Water Torrent, Water Bombs, and it usually spams Water Torrent against Earth and Fire.
Other than that, the order is PoD > Weather.
