POD + SFB

Why is it on ladder that a POD + SFB cerb with no sun, doesn't drop it's attack on my brawny and it threw 2 SFBs, but when it hits Minotaur one time it decreases? Is this a bug? It's attack should drop no matter what with no sun.

Definitely a bug. Happens to me sometimes too.

Was Sandstorm up?
Fire types don't have negative effects in Sandstorm either.

Did the weather change to Sandstorm in that same turn?
Weather on skill effects don't take place until the next turn.
