Disappointment Rain Power-MATK + Cunning

So I finally got my S Levi, and now I'm stuck wondering how to maximize her potential. Since she's my only legendary. The ability I got was Rain power-MATK and I figured since I just cunning from rushing ss, I'll teach it to her. But i was really diasappointed when it only took out 1/3 hp to an S smiter, no pod on either side. And yes, I used rain prayer before I used cunning.
Was my expectation a bit too high?

Rain matk is awesome with water torrent. I'm not a big fan of non stab moves unless it's necessary like flight or hippo. Cunning has to be used strategically, since Levi has great speed cunning is really bad for it. It would do much better on a monster like cyg who will be going last anyway.

That's right. That makes a lot of sense. I just wanted to try it out but man. I was expecting at least half since there was a Matk boost from the rain, then a Mdef decrease from cunning.

Disappointing to me cunning is a good skill if you don't mind going last but geez that weak on a Levi?!?

i recon a good build on levi is fort 2 or w therapy 2, w boots, PoD, R Prayer, W bombs and Soak/w torrent

rainprayer wont help with cunning. Levi sux anyway in my opinion

No! It's beast. It is basically a free OeL. It has less speed and atck (slight diff) but more hp, def and Mdef. It is Useful in BLexp as it can use curse on enemy to make them lose 25% hp per turn then it'll keep using absorption.

Never though of that strategy! always thought curse was a crap move >.>
