BL expert

Okay yeah it's meant to be hard because its the last part of the game so far but I have fenrir x2 level 60 and hydra and Cerberus level 60 and various other level 60 monsters, and I can barely barely barely scrape through the levels and that's using coins to fully revive my monsters after every single fight, if I can't get past BL-13 expert, how are people with none or 1 legendary gonna complete it, the dodge rating also? What the f**k is that all about? Both my fenrir got killed by a smiter because it dodged like 9 attacks, that's bullsh** they should make the max dodge rating in a row 2.. Or DRAMATICALLY decrease the dodge rating because it sucks. And i feel sorry for people without any legendaries because you are never gonna get past BL exp 10 unless you have 500 resurrection cards and 5000 jellies and 9500 healing potions.. Well that was angry. Look dude, yes the dodge rating sucks but it happens, I just had a level 55 psychoe beat a level 41 Cerberus and 56 Draco cause of dodges. That just happens though, it's all about luck and yours just sucked that round, nothing can be done about it though, cause any one will tell you that as many bad luck experiences you have, you'll have as many good luck experiences.

It's not luck or bad luck, it's dodge rating set too high, it hasn't only happened once I've attempted one fight about 30 times and they dodge EVERYTHING, in 20 fights I've probably landed 20 attacks

There is no dodge rating to set. It's a random chance generator, every time you attack haypi has some formula that determines of the attack is a hit or a miss that they base off attacker speed, weather, accuracy of the move you're using, and the defender's speed. What moves are you using, what monsters are you using/facing and what's the weather?

Sandstorm, attacking scythe with fenrir with pod, hydra with pod, Cerberus with pod also rhor with pod, and my second fenrir with pod dodges everything

Sandstorm increases the dodge chance of rock and fire types, and scythes are extremely quick; I'd be more surprised if you DID hit him. I'd suggest bringing maybe another Cerberus with underdog or a powerful rock type as well as invest in equip-able healing potions/jellies if you haven't. That rhor is useless though, in fact all electric types are useless with pod and rain prayer, don't bother with him. Also don't forget that sandstorm negates the effects of the powerful fire and rock monsters, so use super fire bomb and massive boulder to your heart's content.

Congrats. Tell me when you beat 15 with your non money spending self. I'm sure you can handle a level 80 minotaur with boulder +6 in a permanent sandstorm with a branchy or pattafly right?
