I agree and it seems to have the lowest chance of proccing... Can't seem to land on Fort 2 :/

Cooper can't upload so this is the best we can get. Ill have the stats posted up in a little but when I get em.

Also I think he's the first to 34? Correct me if I'm wrong

Fort-II does seem to be the best talent, but unnerve might not be too bad either since mdef is setanic's weaker def. I'd settle for that until I could get fort-II. Anyone know yet how it does against underdog cerb?
