Unlimited PP on ladder?

Okay so I was doing my ladder like usually and I come across a Cerberus and it threw at least 4-5 super fire bombs. Can anyone else confirm this?

he probably has 2x (or more) the skill SFB, wich has in total 6 pp

Just to clarify:
You can have 2 Super Fire Bombs (or any other skill you want) on your monster. Actually, you have have more than 2! You can have all Foresight in your Pressure Vertedeath, etc.

Players are currently using this tactic, especially now that the amount of PP has been reduced.
