Super Thunderstorm or Thunder Blast

I have an Adapt, Super Thunderstorm, Lightning Strike, Thunder Blast, Aurora Borealis, Neon.

Ignoring the PP side deficits, is it worth keeping Super Thunderstorm assuming I don't lead my Neon with a Rain Prayer monster. The reason I ask is getting Stunned in ladder really ticks me off. Not to mention Autoing through some of the harder vet/exp modes where knocking myself out and giving the enemies a free hit might be bad news.

This is a medium term decision anyway, since I will likely eventually replace both STS and Thunder Blast, adding a Supplementary skill or maybe even Electrocute if enemies dodging becomes too big of an issue. Oh and any interesting suggestions for the last skill (I don't PvP much), and 'PoD' isn't an interesting suggestion.

Re: Super Thunderstorm or Thunder Blast

I have a flight with thunder blast and it's pretty useful. The double attack gives the chance of 2 critical hits and doubles the chance of paralysis and when you take into account that added together the damage in respectable I'd say it's a lot more useful than people think. STS just seems stupid to me

Re: Super Thunderstorm or Thunder Blast

The last skill should be Thunderstorm, for the offensive skill.
With Neons (and most Electric-type monsters) it should almost be a necessity - in my opinion.

If you are not going to use a Rain Prayer caster before Neon, Super Thunderstorm is not a good option. Because you will be stunned in the second turn, you will effectively be able to cast 2 Thunder Blasts in place of 1 Super Thunderstorm. Thunder Blast also provides 2 hits which can provide a paralysis debuff each.

Good luck!
