If we speak about pve/ladder there is no 2nd opinion Scythe speed made it x2 better . But if we speak about pvp then it all depend whats pvp like in ur server , for example in mine server there is a lot of players with wind blast already and then Brawny with rooted talent should make them suffer ( coz wind blast is 90% on ignightmare , rhot due to speed ) but resurrection on scythe also very good for pvp . So i must say scythe >>> Brawny vs anything except pvp vs wind blast .
