Why does my boss renew every 30 hours...

Are you guys sure a new boss will appear 24 hours after you saw the first one, not when you defeat the firt one

I faced a boss 25 hours after facing the previous one. I also did not collect my rewards for the previous boss until after 3-4 hours of first encountering it.

I am pretty certain it's 24 hours after encountering it. The counter at the bottom of the boss (when you look at it in the boss raid section) tells you how long it is for the next boss, I believe. It's best to just retain that timer somewhere in the page just so we'll know.
