Skelly, Felicity and seal cards

I don't get it. I can't get skelly or felicity and the golden seal cards cost 1000! gold coins!!! wasn't it 60 before?

Anyone help?

You can't get a SECOND Felicity or Vertedeath - other than buying it with gold coins (1000 for Felicity's first evolution and 1500 for Vertedeath's first evolution). You can buy the firsts without gold coins, however.
For Felicity, you need at least 72000 Prestige (you don't spend this, just earn it) and when you get at least this, you can buy it for 500000 silver.
For Vertedeath, you need at least 2200 PvP Monthly Points (go to Menu > Rankings > PvP Monthly Points and search for your name and look at the corresponding points). When you get to at least 2200 PvP Monthly Points (average of the last 4 Weekly Points), you can buy the first Skelly using 15000 Honor Points.

The golden seal card is for a sure catch.
The amount of gold coins needed varies. Basically, the amount of gold coins is half of what is needed if you buy the monster through the monster encyclopaedia. It also depends on the monster's rarity:
Common-20 gold coins
Uncommon-60 gold coins
Rare-Not available through seal cards (Synthesize these instead!)
Epic-400 or 500 gold coins (Get these from the mossy, green caves found in Veteran or Expert maps!)
Legendary-Not available through seal cards (Legendary monsters available at the moment may only be acquired through Prestige and the monster encyclopaedia!)

why do you need a golden seal cards? its not worth it.. u can catch monsters even if the sealing rate is 2% its just a matter of luck;)

and i am getting flight!
only problem is how can i get iajutsu or frenzied attack?
what is the best flight build

Rhor is faster but Neon has better defences. If they face one on one, Rhor will win just because of its speed (unless Neon has accelerator). However, I find that it's much easier to kill Rhor - especially if it has the talent Force 3 or Magic Force 3. Neon is used by quite a lot of people in my server. People strive to get a good Neon as it will fit into almost any team. Both have excellent talents - with Rhor having Force 3 to increase its physical attack immensely but with the cost of a 1 stage decrease of defence and Magic Force 3 but with the magical stats. Neon has Accelerator which will allow it to defeat Rhor and Adaptability, to amplify its damages quite abundantly.
Personally, I suggest getting the monster that you can get easier for now and get the other down the road. Both are extremely useful. I have both and I don't mind using both if needed!

If you insert Fire Blast in the spot where Draconius is supposed to learn Wild Fire, it won't learn Wild Fire anymore, even if it hits the appropriate level. If you want Fire Blast, don't worry as you won't lose it even if you level up past the level for Wild Fire.

Iaijutsu and Frenzied Attack are both Advanced Normal type skills. These are obtained from Advanced Normal book chests found in any Expert map apart from Sealed Space. They are rare so you need to brace yourself if you take long before getting these.

my flight is just level 29 i am level 18 but i am obsessed with smiter and got smiter to lvl 50 now it destroys everything

Wild Fire is an Advanced Fire skill.

Soak is an Advanced Water skill and is available from the chests from Miracle Sea Expert maps.

Nice job! I think when I was level 18, I barely had any 35+ monsters.

Wild fire is an advance skill with 55 damage
Soak you can get it in MS expert
