Please read this Haypi Support and take note

That's it, I am done with this game until the update.
Haypi, people are growing to hate this game. These people are the adults who choose to invest considerable amounts of their hard-earned money (not gift cards , not pocket money) on a game that should be entertaining but has turned out to be a total ripoff.
You don't reward your paying customers and yet we are the ones who support Haypi and provide the incentive for updates and an improved gaming experience for everyone.
The game favours people who are prepared to spend HOURS a day, playing the same repetitive levels until they get what they want. And that's great.
However, like most of the people complaining in these forums, if I pay money, I expect something of value in return. I expect a shortcut to some of those monsters and moves.
And yet, having spent over $300, I can't even progress beyond FC veteran because I cannot, however hard I try, get the moves or monsters I need.
Gold coins are not cheap. They don't even occur in daily gifts or boxes. ANYTHING that requires gold coins in the game should be worth the expenditure.
Haypi, you should understand this very quickly or this game will die on its feet and the money from paying players will dry up!

Jeez calm down, it's purely luck that you don't get good moves. I have had 5 ghost chests and not a single pod. This game is for fun and maybe it's better you quit if your getting this stressed out:/
Besides with $300 dollars worth of coins you could have gotten verte or felicity honesty you chose how to spend your money, weither wise or unwise.

I agree with you with regards to the gold coins not rewarding players. I know the company specified that purchasing gold coins and using it on re-spins does not guarantee anything but I do feel that if a player has invested a lot on this game (money-wise), they should at least get something. I'm not condoning the fact that all the rich players should be allowed to get everything they want if they pay for it but I just want it to be improved. Right now, there is absolutely no guarantee of anything.

However, they already said they will be implementing something to combat this in the next version. Everyone should just stay calm and not get annoyed by anything. Play the game casually for now and just come back when the version is out. Ailsa already hinted about the features and it seems that there is a lot of them. Let's just wait for it as Ailsa is also hoping that the Sneak Peek is released towards the end of the week.

Keep calm until the sneak peek is released. ^^

Wise words, Lexoph :)

And one more thing, Haypi. Perhaps if you told us what chance respins or runes have of being successful, we could decide whether we wish to gamble our money that way...

5 lmfao I've been playing since the game came out, I've had about 25-30 adv ghosts chests since that whole fiasco started and I still have never gotten pod. And anyway I'd say that $100 of coins for one monster is not the wisest way to spend them.

I've pretty much had it with this game too, at least even though they ruined haypi dragon we still have pvp there, this game is going down the drain with cheap tactics in pvp and the rigged "luck" based aspects. V1.3 better come soon and it better be good or I'm out.

"if I pay money, I expect something of value in return"

I agree with this 100%. I get that this is a business. Haypi needs money to maintain servers and pay its employees but as a business you need to take care of your customers too - your customers are not just those who play the game but more so those who buy those gold coins. Gold coins arent cheap mind you. People are paying actual money (smooched off parents or otherwise) to pay for them. As paying customers we expect to get our money's worth.

But as lexoph said stay calm - try to enjoy the game. If you feel that the game is not giving you value for your money dont use or buy coins just yet.

I agree with Stormi 100% paying customers is what makes the game... If we don't spend money you can't continue with all the free people playing. With that said paying people should get something in value and we should have the advantage of knowing what % their is if we chose to respin or waste another rune on a monster. And when their are problems with the game you should refund or give what was lost to the player... You act like you wouldn't get it back... There is a way to stay competitive and KEEPING your Paying customers HAPPY..... Just saying.

Re: Please read this Haypi Support and take note

no game is worth 300 dollars in a few months, but it was your own decision to spend this much. i consider playing WoW as the most expensive game i've ever played, even that only costed me 150 euro for a whole year, it has far more contents.

i totally agree that u dont get your money's worth, but honesty what did u exspect to get get from your 300?

i have in totally spend 1 euro on this game, mainly because i hate the earning model, i hate the microtransaction free to play game in general. however i do like this the basic game mechanics, that's why i play this game. i would rather pay 20-30 euro for a full game, instead of paying for every minor/major thing i want in a game.

even with just spending a little money and time you can come far in this game, just do team modes and vet/exp modes, dont farm. there is no hurry, if you dont get the skill today, you might get it tomorow, spending coins is just being inpatient.
