As a paying customer of Haypi Monsters, I can honestly say that I am completely and utterly dissatisfied.

I have wasted and lost countless money on these god damn respins where I land on the SAME EXACT THING EVERYTIME. That's hard earned money WASTED, on what appears a RIGGED wheel.

Between my Neon & Pewg I have used over 20 Ultimate Runes EACH, and they have YET TO LAND ON A DIFFERENT TALENT. It's always SHUN & INVALIDATE.
Now im not asking for Adaptability but even TAUNT would be nice. AGAIN WASTED IN REAL LIFE MONEY.

Now don't even get me started on ladder. I have so far today witnessed 4 times where my team had the chance to beat the opponent, with them being one shot from death, and my monsters ALL OF A SUDDEN USE THE LEAST POWERFUL SKILL. Are you effing kidding me.

I'm done. I'm tired of loosing all my money on all this fail crap. I am well aware that alot of this game is on "chance/luck" but I say its on the contrary I have seen nothing of chance or luck, but what appears to be an awesome way to get people to get angry and spend more money to get what they want. But sorry Haypi I'm not that person.

Unless you fix this, compensate me for all the money I've lost on this fail nonsense I will not be playing this game or buying anything UNTIL SERIOUS CHANGES ARE MADE.

Not to say that u don't have a right to be upset but correct me if I'm wrong.
You chose to use your money on gold coins and then on respins knowing good and well that it's a gamble and that you may land on the same thing again. Same thing goes with the runes. And honestly your really upset because in your opinion nothing is improving. And I use to feel the same way in other gamble situations in other games. But then I realized I can't really be upset with anyone but myself because I made the decisions that lead up to the results knowing I have no control over the outcomes. You may not agree but it's the truth really. I ultimately made the decision to not do respins again knowing I could always try again later and that if I don't get the ability I want to also just try again later. I hope you rethink this decision on quitting and enjoy the game again

You generally missed the point of everything I said.

Yes it is my choice to spend money on re-spins. I wouldn't be half half as angry if when I respinned I did NOT land on the same item 3-4 times in a row. If I landed on some other crap I wouldn't be angry because it landed on something different, doesn't have to be a skill book but its the fact its staying on the same item over and over.

Now onto ultimate runes it is the same exact thing. I have bred my Neon to level S, gotten it to level 39 and have used over 20 ultimate runes. It was bred with invalidate and to this day and 20 runes later it has NOT COME OFF invalidate. Thats not a gamble, thats a crock of rainbow.

Pretty sure Mystery Talents are weighted for odds. Better talents occur less often. I find breeding for better talents more reliable since your monster gets better after ever breed and it seems to be a more random chance to get the talent you want rather than a weighted chance.

I think most ppl who play this game can say they have felt this pain at some point or another. Perhaps take a break for a few weeks and come backed refreshed when the new update is out. It would be a shame to quit completely when you clealy enjoyed the game enough to spend money on it. Hopefully the break and update will remind you what you enjoyed.

Regarding breeding vs. rune gems comment, my experience has been comparable. Little chance of getting adapt on Neon, and it stays invalidate, accelerator, or rain cleanse most of the time. If it makes you fee any better, I have use over 25 ultimate rune gems and have done over 12 breedings with no luck.

Hopefully, Haypi will realize the frustration that certain aspects of this game is causing players, and will take measures to improve player satisfaction and retention.
