Should I put it on a Meniss with Nightmare or Hypnosis Jinx? And is it a ghost only move? And moves like hypnosis powder work just fine with it right? Or does exhaust have a higher hit rate? Lastly how much does it heal?

And while this isn't relating to Dream Thief, does anyone know what the talent Spreading Flames is? It was supposedly added in 1.2 but I haven't seen it.

IMO, Should be ok on Meniss w/ Nightmare and is a must for Meniss w/ Hypno Jinx..

Hypnosis Powder & Exhaust both have hit rate of 50%, i think it's 50% of damage dealt.. This is solely based on my experience..
