How do I get felicity?
Can it only be bought or can I get he scroll somewhere?

You need at least 72000 Prestige points to get it. You get Prestige points every day by placing in the ladder tournament - the higher you are (up to number 1) the more points you get.
The first you can buy with 500000 silver. The second will cost gold coins, 1000 of them.

Thanks! Looks like I'll never get a breeding pair - not if the second costs 1000!
