I was wondering if any of you had actually tried rhor with magic force 3 and psychic thrust on veterdeath? does it kill in one shot?
Or do you guys reckon mind bending would be good enough?
Or Force 3 with mind bending itself is good enough to 1 shot veterdeath?
Currently I have Force 3 and super thunderstorm on it.
I'm really reluctant to try to get magic force 3 as I know how hard it can be.
As far as getting an OHKO on Vertedeath the only monster I know is Felicity w/ Magic Force 2 using Psychic Thrust..
In terms of Rhor, I doubt he would be able to pull that off.. Given that Psychic Thrust won't have STAB to affect it... In any case, I'd suggest you go with Mind-bending on your MF3 Rhor w/ Waistband, would still take Vertedeath w/ PoD in 2 hits..

Would you guys mind sharing your superb rhor built?
I have posted this on a separate thread w/c inquires PoD build for Rhor.. In case you'd be interested, here's the tweaked version..
Strategy: Wizard
Talent: Magic Force 3
Item: Warrior's Headpiece / Waistband
Skill: PoD / Meditation, Lightning Strike / Shadow Storm, Thunderstorm, Mind-Bending
Notes:
1. Versatile build and is able to hold-ground against any elemental types
2. Dishes out massive damage regardless of other elements w/ Mind-Bending and Thunderstorm
3. Thunderstorm should be used for monsters w/ low DEF while Mind-bending for those w/ low MDEF
4. Benefits from Rain Prayer, but should do fine even if without it
________________________________________________________________
Strategy: Brawler
Item: Sharp Claw
Skill: PoD / Psychic Thrust, Thunderstorm, Super Thunderstorm, Electric Storm / Windblast
Notes:
1. Focuses on Rhor's ATK greatly
2. Greatly benefits on Rain Prayer
3. Fastest RhoR build to wipe-out enemies on 2v2 if paired w/:
- Pewgway w/ Taunt & Rain Prayer
- Cygness w/ SPD Boost & Rain Prayer
4. Focuses on massive damage dealt, you may opt for:
- Electric Storm that benefits on your ATK
- Psyschic Thust for high-damage MATK
________________________________________________________________
Talent: Rain Cleanse
Item: Waistband
Skill: PoD / Windblast, Super Thunderstorm, Psychic Thrust, Thunderstorm
Notes:
1. Build is extremely dependent on Rain Prayer, suggest you have a monster to support you w/ that skill before putting Rhor out in 1v1
2. Good combo for Pewgway w/ Taunt and Rain Prayer, you can opt for Windblast as replacement for Thunderstorm to kick-out unwanted monsters during the battle
3. Waistband has been chosen over Sharp Claw since Rain Prayer would already amp your elemental skill
4. Build maximizes the use of 120power skills

Strategy: Cleansweep
Talent: Adrenaline
Item: Sharp Claw / Healing Potion (as suggested by @junicobakura)
Skill: PoD / Mind-Bending, Super Thunderstorm, Thunderstorm, Windblast / Switch Hit
Notes:
1. Focuses on buffing-up your attack for a faster-kill and Adrenaline build-up
2. Would work well w/ Rain Prayer, better to have a monster pre-cast Rain Prayer before putting Rhor out
3. Windblast provides opportunity to dismiss enemies that you won't be able to kill in 1-2 hits w/c hinders Adrenaline build-up or you can use Switch Hit to bench him back and use advantageous monsters for the situation
In case you want to see the PoD Rhor suggestion...

For shock switch/switch hit, do we hit enemy's monster and get to switch our monster or the enemy gets forced to switch monster?
Switch Hit will attack the enemy mob and allow you to switch your monsters, this is the offensive counter-part of Windblast (forces your opponent to switch monsters)
