Error "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed" HELP!!!

i bought an 50$ Itunes Gift Card but i couldn't buy anything last 4 days. I already contact Apple but nothing happened. Anyone know how to solve it please help me! tks

Isn't there a "help" section?

What error message do you get? Also make sure you're in good connection area. :D
