Sally with Electric Barrier

Anyone have s grade sally? Could u post screen shot of its stats then? I think given the rain prayer is on, sally is the only monster could beat any water type and rhor with force 3 and thunderstorm, since sally is an electric type, and could learn electric barrier as its talent
