"SWINDLE" How it works?

Please help. I find Swindle - ghost exp skill, on expert mode SS, but i dont understand how it works.
info about that: Trick your opponent, causing them to lose some of their PP in every skill.
It already have power: 1
and hit 85%
But, i dont see it works i am try this skill on bots, but it had no effect.
Plese help me.

PP is the amount if times a skill can be used. I'm not positive if enemies in game have a limit to using their skills but currently it's suppose to take 1 PP from each skill. After 1.2 it's will be raised to 2 PP from each skill. I haven't thought up of a real use for this talent yet so... It's mostly useless skill in my opinion.

I think the monsters in the dungeons (computer-controlled) have unlimited PP.

I think that it might be useful a bit on ladders and PVP.

I think the skill would be annoying in pvp and ladder, especially for those whose monsters have skills that reach only 5 pp. whether it affects all skills or just one though is something I've not heard of yet. But if it does go to all of then you, my friend, would be one pain in the bum. C: lol

Hot smoke yourself so they'll forever miss, then take away all their pp, then smack them to death cuz they can't do a darn thing without pp. Haha!

Once you run out of pp your monster is defeated, they don't have to kill it lol. This skill is very useful against people who have 5 pp skills on their monster, like thunderstorm or boulder. It'll make them have to switch to weaker attacks much quicker. Although I think they're changing the mystery talent pressure to take away 2 pp instead of 1, not this skill.
