Haven't heard anything about it besides the fact he's available in the next update. Where'd you get this information?

Yeah , with this change , they also changed the PVP Rewards. Ha
sadly , i only have 495 Honor Points ATM.. and i can't really compete with the tough guys in S3,

Aww. I'm sure you'll get there! d-(^_^)z Apparently there's a rumor going around about how people will be able to move servers with their accounts too. Maybe you can move to an inactive if they're true?
