What Lvl does epic mobs give 20% blessing?

Lol trying to find the magic number so I only need to scarfice 5

I want to say its around 30? I sacrificed a few under that and got 15-17%.

lvl 15 is 17%,
lvl 20 is 20%,
lvl 22 is 21%,

and then, you can know it...

of course except neo and ghost, may be bug...

I have no idea if there's a bug with sacrifice % or they're just changing them. My lvl 40 drac is still worth 50% but lvl 40 rhor and smiter are only 30%, in addition to the neo and kreepie problems...

Which ghost?

I wouldn't go any higher than lv26, taking too long to train,
Unless, you have absolutely nothing to train at the moment.

The only mob you can train are those to be sacrificed

After you reach 20, every two levels will give you 1% for a maximum of 30%.

But neo gives 10% at level 15.
Meniss gives 21% at level 32.

Check before trying. If the monster follows the 1-20 thing above, then that's one to work on.
