Still having trouble with logging in

I am still having trouble with logging into to my game, is the servers down or something as i would really like to play it! as i have been trying to play it since 20 past 7!

Yeah I just started this game a few days ago and for 2/3 of those days I haven't been able to play, I just told my friends about this game too so this wouldn't be a good first impression...
