I would like to get POD on him, and maybe a second STS or TS. Since electric only has one weakness, it doesn't make much sense to give him weaker secondary attack types. Also due to his very low defense, it's unlikely he'll beat most any earth monster in ladder or PVE unless they are significantly lower level or rarity. He's built for rain right now, so he's best coming in after someone that can cast it, or paired with a rain-casting Taunt Pegway. The natural speed and Att means he's taking huge chunks of HP off just about everyone.

Also would work better with POD. Tech + Frenzy can be powerful, but is so unreliable that it's becoming a pain. I use him mostly for PVE, as he can use Poison Leaves on ghost types and with his defenses and HP can often tank through enemies with Absorption. Swords dance is just hanging around until I can get more POD. I think ultimately I'd want to replace Frenzy with Iajutsu and change talent to Penetrate or Evade.
