Help Me Please I cant register haypi monster

I can't create a new account on Haypi monster, message (this device successfully registered with another account). please tell me how to fix this, thanks.

You can only create up to 3 accounts per device. That might be the cause.

Your account can only create 3 accounts. It doesn't matter if you play them or not.

If the account already has the accounts created, you won't be able to make an account on that same device.
However, if someone else would create an account for you, you would be able to log in without any trouble whatsoever.

Uh just to point this out I would do this with someone you know in rl, cus it fan really screw you up getting some random dude from your server to.
