Ghost and Psychic Weather Books

Someone on the forum had mentioned finding a Ghost or Psychic skill book. I'm wondering if anyone can back up that claim and if so, where did they find it.

I've been doing Veteran modes, alternating between Ocean Abyss for generic Intemediate Books and Sealed Space for Ghost/Psychic specific ones and have yet to find any after a month-ish of looking.

You can't find Nightfall or Magic Storm from Skill Books.

I ask support the same question and they said that it's not available now, maybe happen in the future...

Super annoying. I want to make a high def buff/Relay slave into a MDEF Boost Purrfection with Magic Storm for PvP to make things interesting.
