Haypi Monster/The Lost Tower

Can anyone explain to me the difference between the two? I downloaded and started playing The Lost Tower and just realized Haypi Monster was the first release but they look very similar.

Answer appreciated!

Re: Haypi Monster/The Lost Tower

I haven't played The Lost Tower myself, but it appears to be a ''better'' version of Haypi Monsters .

I've heard Haypi Monster doesn't use energy. Is this true? If it is I might switch over. I hate the energy system.

It doesn't.
You can always try out both versions, maybe even play both?
I don't know the system in The Lost Tower, but in Haypi Monsters, there's simply a cooldown timer (10min to 24hr for training) and 2hrs per Team Mode.
Also, you get 10 Expert runs a day, so no consuming Energy for that.

Re: Haypi Monster/The Lost Tower

yes, with hm you do not need energy. like tlt there are also different maps with 3 levels (normal, veteran and expert). for normal modes you have unlimited attempts. for veteran and expert you only get 10 per day.

ive been playing hm for almost a year and tried tlt briefly but didnt continue primarily because of the energy.

only thing about hm is that there arent a lot of people to chat with XD there's no world chat where you can talk with people from other servers. maybe they'll be adding that later.

Re: Haypi Monster/The Lost Tower

Dear God

Haypi has screwed up the new one so badly the new people are coming back.
What a glorious day this be. Give thanks dear fellows!

Now to the lost tower dude.
Ye, I play TLT
Basically Haypi took money from the original haypi players and built an all new game. As you can see it runs on energy which can indeed be frustrating.
Haypi Monster (O) runs completely different, cooldowns. Say, the best training is a 24 hr cooldown, and then theres the 10 minutes cooldown. I personally loves Haypi the original a lot more. It has servers instead of one massive chatboard so you feel like more of a close community then every dingbat in the game talking at once. But still its ultimately your choice as the player which we leave up to you. You could of coz just play both like Koenah said though. Either way, enjoy the experience while it lasts :)
(PS if you do join The original I suggest getting a pal code first. Mine is O7gm, if you care. Im in server 1 which is so crowded they blocked it off to the public so you need a code, but its active :) )
Edit: Only problem with server 'boards is that some of them can be quite deserted. I recommend joining a new server, or one of the very first. Both have the most players it seems.
